2.5D animation is a two-and-a-half dimensional animation that uses depth. Among its main applications, we find Rayman and Guacamelee!, video games for pc and Playstation.
In this workshop participants will learn how to animate a character with Spine, one of the most common softwares used in video games and app development.
The workshop is mainly addressed to game designers but not only, aimed at highlighting the importance of rules and lore as parts of a code. Participants will be introduced to reasons behind development in an environment with few tools, and guided to choose more controlled fields and to develop their own tools in order to manage design complexity.Find out more »
